Club, the Japan Racing Association, the Melbourne Racing
Club and the Dubai Racing Club are committed to apply

the privacy of customers with respect to personal data.
- The Hong Kong Jockey Club, the
Japan Racing Association, the Melbourne Racing Club

and other related activities, and in a lawful and
fair manner.

and the Dubai Racing Club will only use personal
data for the stated purposes, and for other purposes
as agreed by the data subjects.
- The Hong Kong Jockey Club, the
Japan Racing Association, the Melbourne Racing Club
and the Dubai Racing Club will use its best endeavours
to maintain personal data updated and accurate.
- Personal data held by the Hong
Kong Jockey Club, the Japan Racing Association,
the Melbourne Racing Club and the Dubai Racing Club
will be stored securely and the Hong Kong Jockey
Club, the Japan Racing Association, the Melbourne
Racing Club and the Dubai Racing Club will train
their employees with regard to personal data privacy
issues. Employees of the Hong Kong Jockey Club,
the Japan Racing Association, the Melbourne Racing
Club and the Dubai Racing Club will respect the
privacy of customers and will not make disclosure
to unauthorised parties.

Japan Racing Association, the Melbourne Racing Club
and the Dubai Racing Club will provide all data
subjects with access to, and the right to correct,
